CineJodi ("we", "the app") turns your selfie(s) into a cinematic couple photo. This policy explains what we collect and how we handle it.
The selfie(s) you choose are sent securely to our image-generation provider (fal.ai, which routes to the underlying model) only to create your image. We do not store your uploaded selfies on our own servers, and we do not use them to train any model. Provider-side copies are transient and expire automatically. Your generated result is delivered to your device; save it to keep it.
Your photos contain facial images, which are sensitive. We process them solely to generate the image you requested, in that single session. We do not build face profiles, do not perform face recognition, and do not share face data with advertisers or third parties beyond the generation provider named above.
If you sign in, we store a minimal account record (your email address and an identifier) and your credit balance / purchase history to operate the service. Payments are processed by the app store; we do not receive your full card details.
We may collect anonymous, aggregated usage metrics (e.g. number of images generated) to improve the app. These are not tied to your face data.
You can delete your account and associated data at any time from within the app (Settings → Delete my data), or by emailing us at the address below. We will remove your account record and any stored generation history.
CineJodi is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). Do not use the app if you are under that age.
