Delete your CineJodi account & data

This page explains how to delete your CineJodi account and the data associated with it, developed by CineJodi.

Delete from inside the app (fastest)

1. Open the CineJodi app.
2. On the Home screen, tap “Delete my data” at the bottom.
3. Confirm on the prompt.

This permanently removes your account, credit balance, and your generation history. It cannot be undone.

Delete by email

If you can’t access the app, email cinejodi@gmail.com from any address and ask us to delete your account. We’ll process the request and confirm by reply.

What gets deleted

• Your account record (email address / identifier)
• Your credit balance and purchase/credit history
• Your in-app generation history

What we keep

Nothing further is retained on our servers. Your uploaded photos are never stored on our servers — they are used only to generate your image and are not kept after processing, so there is nothing additional to delete. Images you saved to your own device stay on your device and are yours to delete there. We may retain minimal transaction records only where required by law or for fraud prevention, with no additional retention period otherwise.
